Thanksgiving 2009

Happy Thanksgiving! We kept with our family tradition of running in the Carlisle Turkey Trot (10K) on Thanksgiving morning. It was a record turnout from the community this year. It was great to see lots of friends and their families out there. It's always a nice way to start off the holiday season.

Megan's dad, brother and sister-in-law came in for a week long visit. During the week, we celebrated Megan's 36th birthday and B's baptism and introduced our newest additions to their aunt and uncle.

Halloween 2009

Happy Halloween! Carlisle had its trick-or-treat day on Thursday the 29th, so we were finished with this holiday before it even started. A, despite earlier in the season requesting to be Spiderman and my having purchased a Spidey costume because of said request, changed his mind last minute and wanted to be Thomas the Tank Engine again. (He was Thomas last year.) C and B went as ladybugs.
