Austin Trip

We had a great time on our whirlwind trip to Austin, TX. There were good friends, a baptism, a 1st birthday, a half-marathon and lots of barbecue involved.

Andrew enjoyed the bird's eye view of Texas.

Maggie Stewart turned 1 year old on January 30th. Happy Birthday, MGS!

As Blake gives him the Salt Lick pointer of "Don't fill up on the side dishes", Andrew chews on a leather handbag strap to get his gums in meat-eating ready form. Sorry, Nicole.

"Uncle" Jack makes the same funny face as Andrew.

Dad-to-be Chip (baby due July 2007) practices his baby-handling skills.

No photos were taken at the Capitol or by Stevie Ray or near Lake Travis, but we made sure to take one at the Salt Lick.

We had a great time catching up with the Fergusons: Chris, Sarah and Ryan.

Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes!

We've only been gone from Austin for 8 months and look what we missed.

Heather's bun (Campbell) is out of the oven.

Wendy's bun (Luke) is done too.

Lordy, Lordy, Look Who's....70???

Bob Brunner turned 70 years old on January 16, 2007. Happy birthday, Dad/Grandpa!

This video was created by our brother Bob(by) Brunner, Jr. for Dad's 70th birthday. It features: Dad's parents; older brother Bill; fraternal twin Bernie; wife Mila and their children Christine, Bobby and Megan; grandsons Scott, Jon and Andrew; and other family members. Great work, Bobby!

Up, Up and Away

Working without a net and with only Mom's overly-cautious hand at the ready, Andrew makes his first attempt at climbing the stairs.

Finally! Snow that sticks!

It was late in arriving, but we finally had our first snowfall.

Those aren't Reggie or Kitty's paw prints, so we must have had an aimlessly wandering visitor last night.

Our second "big project" is 90% complete. The wood floors will be completed in the next few months.

Loco-Motion

Over the past three weeks Andrew has perfected his crawl and has begun to pull up on everything.

This is the first night he pulled up in his crib.

And this is how we found him the next morning. His mattress has since been lowered, but he still manages to pull up. :-)
